Front Office Manager
My family is from St. Mary’s, but I grew up in London, ON, and went to Brescia University College, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Sociology with a minor in Religious Studies.
I chose hearing care because I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. Helping someone improve their hearing helps strengthen their connections with others. My career combines compassion, problem-solving, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and our team – it’s so rewarding to come to work each day!
As the Front Office Manager, I take care of the front office operations: scheduling appointments, assisting with patient inquiries, and supporting the team by coordinating with them on whatever they need to keep our clinic running smoothly.
Seeing firsthand the impact that we have on the people who come through our doors is a priceless experience. I love being part of a dedicated and caring team that’s making a difference – it’s a huge part of what I love about my job.
Outside of work, I like going for nature walks and playing volleyball and tennis, and I’m also learning how to crochet and bake! I love cats, stained glass, and my favourite colour is pink.
