I had an incredible appointment with Emma at the clinic on Gainsborough. I was a client at a competitor’s clinic and came home very unhappy. I was not happy being asked to take a cognitive test. It was voluntary but had so many flaws. Then my hearing test was deemed no change and despite my concerns that I was not hearing conversations clearly and felt the ongoing tinnitus was interfering with my understanding conversations, I left without a solution.  

I heard Treva’s commercial on the radio and called for an appointment. I brought with me my client and friend who has dementia and required a hearing test. Emma was so patient, caring, and professional. She cleared my client’s ears of wax which improved her hearing considerably.  

My hearing test was like no other. Emma determined I did have a change in my hearing, and she managed to pair a white noise to my tinnitus. What a relief. I tested a new model of hearing aids while mine were on order. What a difference! Glad I am a Beck client. 

Enjoying the relief my new hearing aids are bringing to my daily life. I am a caregiver 24/7 to a dementia patient so having the hearing and especially the tinnitus problem solved has been such a relief.
