I first realized something was up with my ears when I was shocked to find that my hearing issue might not be temporary and that I would need a hearing aid, which concerned me about how it would affect my musical abilities. Prior to contacting Beck Hearing, my only concern was whether the hearing aid would work for me and if it would end up being a bulky device I wouldn't like. My first impression of the clinic was that it was very welcoming, friendly, and supportive. The staff was always able to answer my questions and guided me through the entire process smoothly and efficiently, which helped me feel confident that I was in great hands to ensure my hearing improved. Since wearing hearing aids, my life has improved tremendously. I'm better able to function in large crowds and can enjoy TV without turning the volume too high. An extra fun perk is the Bluetooth capability of my hearing aid, which notifies me of phone notifications. For anyone concerned about their hearing and considering a visit, I would say that they can expect amazing support to help sort out their hearing concerns.
