My journey with hearing challenges began when an ear infection that would not heal eventually burst my eardrum, leading to a replacement and subsequent hearing loss. Before reaching out to Beck Hearing, I was worried about the size of a hearing aid. However, my first impressions of the centre were very positive, as the team was very accommodating. While the hearing aids help for the most part, they're not perfect; I struggle in loud crowds to distinguish voices and find phone connectivity not very reliable, especially when streaming music. Despite these issues, I would still advise anyone concerned about their hearing to go and get a test at Beck Hearing, as their staff is very nice and helpful.
